Redesigning
a Corporation Awards System

Corporation coached a client's facilitation team through the design
and facilitation of a one-day collaborative session to redesign
the company's awards system. The ad-hoc awards program needed
a major overhaul because of rapid growth in the organization.
The participant group wrestled with the importance of awards in
their corporate culture before designing several workable options
to be implemented.

New Associates

How
are new members of a fast-growing organization brought on board
and in line with the corporate culture in a very short amount
of time? Sente Corporation designed and facilitated a two-day
collaborative session in which participants from all over the
organization explored the importance of orientation of new associates.
The group divided into two teams to concentrate on two key areas:
short-term improvements to be folded into the existing orientation
(to be implemented in three weeks), and a long-term vision for
a compelling and distinctive orientation to be delivered in 7-10
months.

Corporation designed and facilitated a two-day session to design
a national support system for high-growth entrepreneurs. Participants
included two national foundations, several large service providers,
local service providers from several different regions and several
entrepreneurs.

Working
with a major management consulting firm, Sente Corporation helped
redesign the model for engaging with and supporting clients in
collaborative environments. Using Sente's strategies, the firm
will reduce the cost of delivering their service by over a third.

a series of facilitated discussions over a period of five days,
Sente Corporation constructed a set of visual models to help participants
from an international petrochemical company design, understand,
and present a dozen new technologies to an internal venture management
board.

Corporation supported a day-long session in which the marketing
team from a finance company designed their strategy for introducing
a new and unfamiliar product to their customers and partners.
Sente helped the group to map the anticipated objections to the
new product and design strategies for dissolving those objections.
These arguments were then incorporated into existing marketing
presentations.

Corporation facilitated eight associates through a process to
develop a new, cutting-edge delivery system and content for two
educational experiences leading to the understanding and practice
of knowledge work within the client's company. The program successfully
integrates learning and real work without any time spent in artificial
case studies or unrelated examples. The gap between completion
of an education program and providing value to the company was
eliminated.

from an international petrochemical company design, understand,
and present four new business ideas to an internal venture management
board.

leaders, government officials and members of a community college
explored the learning needs of the community for the coming years.
The results of the session were folded into the development of
new programs offered by the community college.
